· Central Filtration System

According to different project requirements, customers usually consider the layout of the plant, machine tool production line, processing technology, materials, chip volume, chip conveying path, degree of automation, flexibility, environmental protection and corresponding input costs. The entire production line is connected by a central filtration and chip removal system, which centrally processes the chips and coolant of all machine tools in the system, thereby obtaining a cost-effective solution.

· Machine Chip Vacuum Suction System
Central chip vacuum suction system can automatically suck and process the chips generated by different machine tools through the pipeline. The chip suction is realized by vacuum generated by system. According to requirements, multiple suction towers can be configured to separate chips of different materials (such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, etc.) and transport them to different chip bins. Central chip extraction is conducive to the efficient transportation of chips, recycling and management of factory cleanliness.

· Central Chip Removal System for Machine Tools

Manufacturing companies produce a lot of metal chips of various materials every day. The stand-alone chip conveyors of the machine tools often cause problems such as workshop pollution and chaotic chip management. · Centralized Superfine Filtration System for Grinding Line

In the field of carbide tool manufacturing, a large number of abrasive chips generated by many tool grinding machine tools can be processed in a unified manner through the use of the KNOLL MicroPur® centralized filtration system. The grinding oil lubricant can be effectively managed to improve the lubrication quality and service life time, effectively recover expensive abrasive chips. MicroPur® 480M-24 |AK50 ultrafine grinding central filtration system can be applied in the field of carbide tool manufacturing, supplying and managing grinding oil for 120 tool grinders with a maximum flow rate of up to 11,000 l/min and can be expanded up to 15,000 l/min.

· Heavy-duty Conveying System

TS heavy-duty conveying system is an ideal material transportation system. It can transport light or heavy materials such as workpieces on the production assembly line. The system is equipped with load-bearing pallets, delivery vehicles, assembly platforms, loading and unloading appliances. Based on the modular design concept, the entire system can be designed and assembled according to the customer's site, and also has a user-friendly visual interface, operator information system and process control system.

· Machine Pumping Station

KNOLL produces various types of pumping stations, which can be installed beside the machine tool or under the bed. Various types of conveying devices can realize the automatic transportation of chips and coolant, suitable for the transportation of cast iron, aluminum and steel chips.

· LubiCool Mobile High-pressure Station

LubiCool mobile high-pressure station produced by KNOLL can be flexibly applied to the supply of high-pressure coolant for various machine tools. · Machine Chip Reducer

The chip reducer produced by KNOLL includes the types of single-row cutter and double-row cutter, which can be installed below machine bed or directly under the outlet of chip conveyor to crush the discharged chips in order to easily facilitate the transportation of chips and subsequent processing.

· Coolant High-pressure Pump

KTS high-pressure pump has a structure of three screw spindles. The manufacturing precision of the screw is very high and it also has a high degree of anti-wear characteristics. The ceramic inner shell increases the abrasion resistance and durability of the pump. During operation, the vibration and noise of the pump are very low, the stability to temperature changes is extremely high. To be equipped with different options can further enhance pump durability. The pump can be directly immersed in the cooling lubricant or installed outside the coolant tank. The flow rate of KTS pump can reach 900 l/mim and the pressure can reach 150 bar. KTS pump is widely used in machine tool manufacturing industry to transmit cooling lubricants (such as oil, emulsion and other solutions) at high pressure. Its typical application is the high-pressure injection of coolant through tool center bore during milling and drilling processes to cool and lubricate tool and flush chips.

· Coolant Centrifugal Pump
KNOLL centrifugal pumps are widely used in machine tool manufacturing industry to convey coolant to achieve the purpose of lubricating tools, workpieces and flushing machining areas. The pump is divided into the following four types:
Type TG: with closed impeller for conveying pre-cleaned coolant, flow rate up to 1600 l/min, pressure up to 6 bar, maximum size of impurities such as iron filings not exceeding 3 mm.
TF type: with open impeller, used for conveying contaminated coolant, the flow rate can reach 1000 l/min, the maximum pressure can reach 2.4 bar, and the maximum size of impurities such as iron filings does not exceed 30 mm.
Type TS: with screw impeller, used to transport contaminated and air-containing coolant, with a flow rate of up to 600 l/min, a pressure of up to 1.8 bar, and a maximum size of impurities such as iron filings not exceeding 15 mm.
Type TSK: with short helical impeller, used to transport severely contaminated coolant with abrasive chips, flow rate up to 700 l/min, pressure up to 1.7 bar, maximum size of impurities such as iron filings not exceeding 20 mm .
